  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 12 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • whipped cream (optional topping)
  • extra caramel sauce for drizzle


Instructions

  1. In a glass, mix together 1/2 cup apple cider, 1–2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons caramel sauce to the apple cider mixture and stir until fully blended.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of cooled brewed coffee and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Fill the glass with 1 cup of ice cubes and then pour 1/2 cup of milk over the top. Stir gently to mix.
  5. Top with whipped cream, an apple slice if desired, and a drizzle of extra caramel sauce before serving.
