- 1 cup milk (whole or oat milk works great)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Whisk 1 tsp matcha powder with 1/4 cup hot water until smooth and slightly frothy.
- In a glass, mix 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp pumpkin purée, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill your serving glass with 1 cup ice cubes.
- Pour the pumpkin milk mixture over the ice, filling about 3/4 of the glass.
- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the pumpkin milk to create a layered look.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a sweeter latte, adjust maple syrup or sugar to taste.
Feel free to use any milk alternative to suit your taste preference. Add whipped cream for extra indulgence.
