Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole or oat milk works great)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Whisk 1 tsp matcha powder with 1/4 cup hot water until smooth and slightly frothy.
  2. In a glass, mix 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp pumpkin purée, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill your serving glass with 1 cup ice cubes.
  4. Pour the pumpkin milk mixture over the ice, filling about 3/4 of the glass.
  5. Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the pumpkin milk to create a layered look.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter latte, adjust maple syrup or sugar to taste.
Feel free to use any milk alternative to suit your taste preference. Add whipped cream for extra indulgence.
