- 1 ounce coffee liqueur

- extra pumpkin pie spice, for topping

- 1 tablespoon whipped cream, optional
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 ounce of pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Add 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of coffee liqueur, and 1 ounce of heavy cream to the shaker. The mixture should create a creamy tan color with a pumpkin swirl.
- Fill the shaker with 1 cup of ice cubes and secure the lid. Shake for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
- Transfer the mixture into a short rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice on top. Optionally, garnish with a cinnamon stick and whipped cream before serving immediately.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to suit your taste.
For a non-alcoholic variation, omit the vodka and coffee liqueur and enjoy a creamy pumpkin beverage.
