- 1.5 oz woodford reserve
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz honey syrup 1:1 honey + warm water
- 1.5 oz rosé wine chilled
- dried rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer.
- In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice.
- Shake thoroughly until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Gently float the rosé wine on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish the drink with dried rose petals and a twist of lemon.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of honey syrup.
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
Feel free to experiment with other wines as a substitute.
