Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz woodford reserve
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup 1:1 honey + warm water
  • 1.5 oz rosé wine chilled
  • dried rose petals for garnish


Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer.
  2. In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice.
  3. Shake thoroughly until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  5. Gently float the rosé wine on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
  6. Garnish the drink with dried rose petals and a twist of lemon.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of honey syrup.
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
