Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoons simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup ice


Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice.
  2. Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee over the ice.
  3. Combine 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 1/2 tablespoons caramel sauce, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1–2 teaspoons simple syrup in a small bowl.
  4. Using a hand frother, whip the mixture until it’s thick, creamy, yet pourable.
  5. Gently spoon or pour the salted caramel foam over the cold brew, allowing it to sit on top.
  6. Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the foam and serve right away.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup based on your taste.
For a richer experience, try using flavored caramel sauce.
