- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 teaspoons simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice.
- Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee over the ice.
- Combine 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 1/2 tablespoons caramel sauce, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1–2 teaspoons simple syrup in a small bowl.
- Using a hand frother, whip the mixture until it’s thick, creamy, yet pourable.
- Gently spoon or pour the salted caramel foam over the cold brew, allowing it to sit on top.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the foam and serve right away.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup based on your taste.
For a richer experience, try using flavored caramel sauce.
Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
