- 1.5 oz watermelon juice
- 0.75 oz Spicy syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Tajin for rim
- Chamoy for rim
- Cocktail picks
- Jalapeno slice for garnish
- Watermelon cubes for garnish
- 1-2 cups watermelon chunks
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup hot water
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon chunks using pulse mode until you get the desired juice consistency. Make sure not to blend continuously.
- Strain the pulp from the watermelon juice and store it in an airtight container.
- Use 1 cup of watermelon chunks to yield approximately half a cup of juice.
- Rim the glass with Tajin and Chamoy for an added kick.
- Measure and mix the Bacan Guaro, watermelon juice, spicy syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a jalapeno slice and watermelon cubes.
Notes
Adjust the spicy syrup to your taste for more or less heat.
Fresh watermelon is best for juicing; avoid store-bought watermelon juice for optimal flavor.
Serve chilled for the best experience.
