Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle of white wine, a crisp variety like sauvignon blanc works well
- 4 oz mango juice
- 4 oz orange liqueur, like cointreau or grand marnier
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 2 limes, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- sparkling water for serving, optional
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by washing the strawberries and slicing the mango, limes, and lemon.
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, mango juice, and orange liqueur. Stir well to mix.
- Add the sliced mango, strawberries, limes, and lemon to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine the flavors.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, stir the sangria well. Pour over ice in glasses, including some fruit slices.
- For a bubbly touch, top each glass with a splash of sparkling water.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel for an extra refreshing touch.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, adjust the amount of mango juice.
Feel free to substitute other seasonal fruits like peaches or berries.
