Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of hot water. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and free of clumps.
- In another small cup, blend together 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup until slightly thick and creamy.
- Take a glass and fill it with 1 cup of ice cubes, then pour in 1 cup of cold milk over the ice.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha mixture over the milk and ice for a layered effect.
- Lastly, pour the vanilla sweet cream on top. You can let it sit or stir before enjoying.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of vanilla syrup based on your taste preference.
For a lighter version, substitute whole milk with almond milk or oat milk.
Matcha should be whisked well to avoid any clumps for a smooth drink.
