Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso (about 2 oz hot espresso)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 pinch flaky salt


Instructions

  1. Brew 2 shots (2 oz) of hot espresso.
  2. In a shaker, combine 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add the hot espresso and stir until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker. Seal it and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is cold and foamy.
  4. Fill a glass with 1 cup of milk. Pour the shaken espresso mixture over the milk.
  5. Drizzle a bit of extra caramel on top and sprinkle with a pinch of flaky salt.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
Experiment with different types of milk for varied flavors and creaminess.
